Dr. Jonathan Holt, D.M.D.
Dr. Jonathan Holt grew up in Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with awards for the highest standings in Oral Medicine and Radiology, Pathology and Treatment planning. He further advanced his training by spending a year at the Health Science Centre, learning about hospital-based Adult Dentistry/Oral Surgery and Special Needs Dentistry.
Jonathan takes great pride in the service he provides and relationships he shares with patients and co-workers. When he’s not with a client or at the office, Jonathan spends time at the Manitoba Dental Association and Spears Education Dental Study Club. His active lifestyle is a foundational part of health and wellness routine. In his spare time, Jonathan plays recreational hockey, enjoys outdoor activities, personal training, and spending quality time with his wife Kristin and children Avalyn, Asher, and Jordan.
Dr. Narinder Pahwa, D.M.D.
Dr. Pahwa graduated from the University of Manitoba faculty of dentistry in 2016. He also has a bachelor’s degree in dentistry and master’s degree in Orthodontics from India. Dr. Pahwa comes with rich experience as a dentist in the Indian Army and a senior lecturer at the University of India.
Along with general dentistry, Dr. Pahwa offers Sure Smile clear aligners to fix crooked teeth. He uses his clinical skills and experience to give patients the best care possible. Dr. Pahwa believes in comprehensive dental care and offers an array of treatments from routine dental exams, root canals, extractions, dentures, implants, crowns and bridges. When not at work, he likes biking and nature walks with his spouse and children.
Ashley
Office Manager
Ashley joined the Holt Dental team in January 2026. She graduated from CDI College as a Dental Assistant in 2012 and has experience in both clinical and administrative roles. In 2020, she became a Dental Assisting Instructor at CDI College and graduated with Honours from Red River College with a Certificate in Adult Education. Ashley enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients and supporting the Holt Dental team. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Bonny
Receptionist
Bonny is the first of many smiles to greet you at Holt Dental. She has been our insurance specialist for three years. When not at work, she enjoys relaxing with an episode of Dateline or listening to Crime Junkie’s podcast.
Jezz
Receptionist
Jezz’s smile and kindness will make your bookings a breeze. When not at work, you can find her with her family and three dogs! She enjoys foraging for berries and mushrooms while trying to avoid poison ivy and bug bites!
Jovana
Dental Assistant
Jovana graduated from Red River College in 2016 and has been with Holt Dental ever since. Her easy-going and fun-loving personality will make your dental experience a positive one. In her spare time, her favourite place to be is at the park with her dog Fisher.
Taylor
Dental Assistant
Taylor graduated from dental school in 2022 and am passionate about providing compassionate, comfortable care to every patient. She enjoy building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel at ease throughout their dental experience.
She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and providing attentive, high-quality care while continuing to learn and grow within the dental field. Outside of work, Taylor enjoy spending time with her two cats, family and friends, staying active, and making the most of time outdoors
Shae
Dental Assistant
Shae graduated from CDI College in 2022, and joined the Holt Dental team in 2024. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient. Shae takes pride in building genuine connections with patients, and supporting them throughout their dental visits.
Outside of work, Shae enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets, and especially values opportunities to create meaningful memories with her children. In her free time, Shae enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
Angela
Dental Hygienist
Angela, a University of Manitoba graduate with 25 years’ experience, has been with Holt Dental since 2020. Alongside her clinical role, Angela is also an educator at the University of Manitoba who shares her passion for dental hygiene. Her patient care focuses on building relationships and trust, ensuring comfort during appointments. She is licensed to administer local anesthetic, providing additional support to her patients’ needs. Outside of work, she enjoys diving into a good book, unwinding with a movie, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Vanessa
Dental Hygienist
Vanessa graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1992 and has been a member of Holt Dental since 2021. Her dedication to patient care and compassionate approach is evident in her communication skills, ensuring each patient feels comfortable. Outside of work, she enjoys the tranquility of the lake and cherishes time with family and friends.
Cindy
Dental Hygienist
Cindy completed her studies at the University of Manitoba. She has been practicing as a Dental Hygienist for over 25 years.
One of the things she loves most about her job is creating lasting relationships with the patients.
When not at work, she spends time with her beloved rescue dogs and volunteers with a local dog rescue.
She also loves baking for her friends, family and coworkers!
Sydney
Dental Hygienist
Sydney joined Holt Dental in 2021, bringing experience and enthusiasm. A previous dental assistant, she returned to school to become a hygienist, showing her commitment to preventative care. Syd’s exceptional treatment is marked by her caring approach and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her nephews, and meeting friends for coffee.
Kristin
Dental Hygienist
Kristin graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2013. Along with her clinical days, she is busy pursuing her master’s degree and working as an educator at the University of Manitoba. She is licensed to administer local anesthetic, complimenting her skills that focus on ensuring the best possible experience for her patients. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys time with her family, travelling and reading.

In Memory of Tracy
Tracy was a valued member of the Holt Dental team for over 10 years. Her knowledge of all aspects of the practice was a tremendous asset to both our team and our patients. Tracy built lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike, and she will be remembered for her dedication, strength, and kindness.
Outside of work, Tracy loved spending time with her family, cheering on the Winnipeg Jets, and enjoying as much time at the lake as possible.
Tracy continued to support the office and our patients with incredible strength throughout her illness.
She will be deeply missed.
